We offer both in stock items available for immediate shipping, and upcoming products for pre-order, pre-order items will be ship when they become available, shipping information in the individual product descriptions and stock status is designated by the appropriate IN STOCK, PRE-ORDER, or OUT OF STOCK badges.

Yes, all of the items listed for sale on our website are brand new in factory sealed packaging, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Q: If I wish to purchase a Pre-Order item from you will it be charged when I checkout?
No, you will not be charged full amount at checkout for preorder item. For this reason we suggest that you place separate orders for In Stock and Pre-Order items.Also please don't place the different release day item together. We can't combine the different release day item for shipping.
Q: Does placing a Pre-order through your website guarantee that I will receive the item?
We do our very best to ensure that we only take orders for as many units as we are expecting to recieve from the supplier. However, if a supplier allocates us less units than what we requested then it may be necessary to cancel an order or order(s) for a particular item. This is very rare though, but if for any reason we need to cancel an order we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Q: When will my order be shipped and how long does it take for me to receive the package?
All orders for in stock item will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when we receive cleared payment. Pre-Order items will ship once they are received into inventory and we receive cleared payment.
It normally takes about 2 weeks for package to arrive in most countries by air mail, and about 1 week by EMS express service, delay may occurred when shipping in peak/holiday season such as X’MAS, and custom inspection etc...
Q: Can I return an item for a refund?
Sorry, all sales are final, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If an item arrives to you damaged or defective please notify us with 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange to have the item exchanged or a refund issued (if a replacement unit is not available). Please keep the original shipping box as our carrier may need this as evidence for the insurance claim.
NOTE: We will not issue a replacement or refund if the item being returned to us shows any signs of wear, use, intentional damage, or modification.
